IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO

• Be as a detective – gather requirements, and map and analyze business processes and systems.
• Prepare software development specifications and plan application structures.
• Manage software requirements changes and ensure they remain up to date.
• Lead analysis work in software development projects.
• Communicate with clients and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for the development team.
• Evaluate and prioritize requirements, taking both business and technical constraints into account.
• Take responsibility for the accuracy, clarity, timeliness, and traceability of documentation.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

• At least 3 years of experience as a systems analyst, including participation in at least three projects involving the creation, modification, or implementation of information systems.
• Ability to gather and document software requirements, as well as prepare technical documentation.
• Proficiency in creating BPMN and/or UML diagrams.
• Experience designing relational data models Strong knowledge of databases and query languages (e.g., SQL).
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Solid grasp of software development processes and ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Excellent command of Estonian and English, both spoken and written.

YOU WILL BENEFIT FROM:
