Our Atlassian services team helps organizations simplify the way they work, automate processes, and create solutions that are genuinely easy to use. We work with both Estonian and international clients, from day-to-day Jira and Confluence development to larger ITSM, Assets, and Cloud migration projects.

There is plenty of room in the team to work independently, experiment with technical solutions, and bring your own ideas to life. At the same time, you will always have colleagues to turn to when things get more complex.

In this role, you will:

• Configure and customize Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Assets) to match each client's unique needs.

• Independently lead technically complex client projects from requirements gathering through implementation and handover.

• Automate workflows, build integrations, and extend the functionality of Atlassian solutions.

• Work closely with clients to understand their processes, identify bottlenecks, and uncover their actual needs.

• Translate those needs into practical technical solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem, including projects, workflows, permissions, and automations;

• Explain and justify your technical choices, while assessing the feasibility, risks, and effort involved in different solutions based on the client’s goals and processes.

• Provide hands-on support, create clear documentation, and share guidance to ensure successful adoption of solutions.

• Manage your time and projects independently and responsibly, while communicating openly and keeping your commitments.

• Share your knowledge and support colleagues with Atlassian tools, complex technical topics, and best practices.

• Learn and grow as an Atlassian specialist - within our team, you’ll receive support, knowledge, and practical experience you can apply right away.

What we expect from you:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience administering and configuring Atlassian tools such as Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.

• Confidence in configuring workflows, permissions, projects, automations, and other Atlassian solutions based on client needs.

• The ability to independently lead technically complex client projects from initial requirements through implementation and handover;

• The ability to understand client needs, assess the feasibility, risks, and effort of different solutions, and make well-reasoned technical recommendations.

• Experience writing or adapting scripts, for example in Groovy or another scripting language.

• A good understanding of APIs and the ability to use them to build smart integrations.

• An interest in improving business processes and optimizing digital workflows.

• A willingness to share your experience and support colleagues with more complex topics.

• Very good Estonian skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in IT service management, project management, or process analysis (e.g. ITIL, Agile, Kanban) is considered an advantage.

• Experience with Atlassian Marketplace add-ons such as ScriptRunner or Tempo.

• Atlassian certifications or motivation to obtain them.
