In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Configure and customize Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Assets) to match each customer's unique needs.

• Automate workflows and enhance tool capabilities by writing simple scripts (e.g. Groovy) and integrating with REST APIs.

• Collaborate directly with customers to understand their processes, identify challenges, and drive efficiency improvements.

• Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem (projects, workflows, permissions, automations).

• Deliver hands-on support, create clear documentation, and provide guidance to ensure successful adoption of solutions.

• Take ownership of your time and projects, communicate transparently, and consistently deliver commitments.

• Learn and grow as an Atlassian specialist - within our team, you’ll receive support, knowledge, and practical experience you can apply right away.

• Share your expertise and support colleagues in using Atlassian tools effectively and implementing best practices.

Our expectations of you:

• Some hands-on experience with Atlassian tools like Jira, JSM, or Confluence - or a strong motivation to learn them quickly.

• Ability to write or modify scripts using Groovy or another scripting language.

• A solid understanding of APIs and how to use them to build smart integrations.

• Interest in improving business processes and optimizing digital workflows.

• Strong communication skills in both Estonian and English.

• Experience in IT service management, project management, or process analysis (e.g. ITIL, Agile, Kanban) is considered an advantage.

• Bonus points for experience with Atlassian Marketplace add-ons such as ScriptRunner or Tempo.
