Atlassian Project Manager

In this role, you will:   

  • Lead Atlassian projects from start to finish (including schedules, scope, risks, and expectations). 

  • Contribute to the planning and design of workflow automation and Atlassian-based solutions. 

  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and delivery teams during Atlassian projects. 

  • Analyze client business processes and help identify the most suitable solutions using Atlassian products. 

  • Plan and coordinate multiple parallel projects (typically 3–5 at a time). 

  • Support project budgeting and effort estimation. 

  • Manage your time and responsibilities independently, communicating openly and delivering on commitments. 

  • Collaborate closely with Atlassian specialists, team leads, and the licensing team; 

  • Maintain a strong focus on quality, deadlines, and client satisfaction. 

  • Share knowledge and support colleagues in using Atlassian tools and applying best practices. 

Our expectations of you: 

  • Previous experience managing IT or digital projects (preferably 3+ years). 

  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence (at least 2 years). 

  • Experience or a strong interest in process mapping and continuous improvement. 

  • The ability to manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. 

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. 

  • A high level of independence, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset. 

  • Fluency in both Estonian and English. 

Nice to have:  

  • Atlassian certifications or the motivation to obtain them. 

  • Previous experience in IT support or service management environments. 

  • Experience working with Atlassian Cloud and Data Center. 

  • Experience delivering trainings or facilitating workshops.
