Atlassian Technical Project Manager

In this role, you will:
Lead Atlassian projects from start to finish, from initial scoping to implementation.
Act as the main point of contact and a trusted partner for the client throughout the project.
Analyze client business processes and propose suitable solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem.
Configure, customize, and develop technical solutions on Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence).
Automate workflows and extend solution functionality.
Plan and coordinate multiple parallel projects.
Collaborate with our Atlassian specialists and other teams to deliver the best possible solution for the client.
Create documentation and share best practices with both clients and colleagues.
Contribute to the development of Atlassian solutions and internal ways of working within our team.
Our expectations of you:
Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools and their configuration (Jira, JSM, Confluence).
Experience in managing IT or digital projects.
Ability to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Good organizational skills and a self-driven working style.
Fluent in Estonian and English.
Nice to have:
Experience with scripting (e.g. Groovy) or Atlassian Marketplace apps.
Experience with APIs and integrations.
Knowledge of IT service management (e.g. ITIL), Agile, or Kanban.
Atlassian certifications or motivation to obtain them.
