• Be like a detective – gather requirements and map and analyze business processes and systems.
• Participate in software development projects.
• Manage requirements and create development tickets.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, the project manager, and clients

OUR EXPECTATIONS OF YOU

• Excellent Estonian and English language skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in an analyst role
• Ability to gather, describe, refine, and document software requirements
• Experience in creating BPMN and/or UML diagrams.
• Ability to design relational data models
• Understanding of software development processes and ability to collaborate effectively with developers

WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE

• Proficiency in databases and query languages (e.g., SQL).
• Knowledge of APIs and system integrations
• Formal education in the IT field.
• Previous experience participating in public sector software projects
